Torah pointers

The Torah pointers are used to track the text while reading the Torah scroll. The Torah pointers have a chain that is used to hang the pointer on the winding rods of the scroll. Torah pointers are composed of several parts: the pointer, the stem, and the individual dividers and decorative elements.  The pointer (the pointing hand) takes the form of a human hand with the index finger outstretched. Torah pointers are most often made of silver or other metals and can be a perfect gift for a friend or family member.
